Returns Policy

No footwear may be accepted for refund or exchange if presented after twelve calendar months from date of purchase.

Footwear purchased against the advice of a Gilmour’s Fitter may not be accepted for refund or exchange. Such sales will be annotated as S/F (Self Fitted) on the customer’s fitting record. The customer will be advised that such purchases will be made at their own risk. A copy of this record is available to the customer at any time upon request.

Customised or damaged footwear may not be accepted for return regardless of condition or date of purchase.

Footwear subjected to conditions other than those for which it was made may not be accepted for return or exchange.

A $10 fee applies to all perfect footwear returned for refund or exchange without the accompanying box or packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Perfect Footwear – (Not faulty, marked, customised or damaged)

  • Full sale value refund applies to all perfect footwear (not faulty, marked, customised or damaged in any way) if presented within three calendar months of date of purchase.

  • Seventy five per cent (3/4) refund applies to all perfect footwear presented for refund or exchange between three and six calendar months of date of purchase.

  • Fifty percent (1/2) refund applies to all perfect footwear presented for refund or exchange within six and nine calendar months of date of purchase.

  • Twenty five percent (1/4) refund applies to all perfect footwear presented for refund or exchange within nine and twelve calendar months of date of purchase, regardless of condition.

Faulty Footwear

  • Full sale value refund applies to all worn footwear with a genuine fault in fitting or manufacture, if presented within six calendar months of date of purchase.

  • Fifty percent refund applies to all worn footwear with a genuine fault in fitting or manufacture, if presented between six and twelve calendar months of date of purchase regardless of wear sustained.

  • No worn footwear, regardless of fault may be accepted for refund or exchange if presented after twelve calendar months of date of purchase.
