Here at Gilour's we understand that not everyone can make it to one of our stores. So we do a lot of mail order shoes and have worked out the best way for us to acheive good results. If you are already a customer then we will have a record of your previous sales and can therefore make an educated guess as to what size you will need in a different shoe. If you haven't purchased from us before then the best thing to do is to send us a traced outline of both of your feet. This can be sent by fax but if it is please put some measurements on the fax as well as faxes don't always reproduce this to scale. We can then contact you and let you know what we think will be the best size and width.

The cost for postage is $9 for the first pair and $5 for any addition pairs in the same order. If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes and send them back to us you will need to bare the cost of the return postage. Please contact us if you have any queries.
