Gilmour's ReturnS Policy

 

Perfect Footwear

  • Refund rates for all perfect footwear (not faulty, marked, customised or damaged in any way) are as follows:
  • 100% of purchase price if presented within six months of purchase.
  • 50% of purchase price if presented between six months and 12 months of purchase.
  • No refund is available for footwear purchased more than 12 months previously.
  • A $10 fee applies to all perfect footwear returned for refund or exchange without the accompanying box or packaging.

Faulty Footwear

  • Full sale value refund applies to all worn footwear with a genuine fault in fitting or manufacture, if presented within six months of date of purchase.
  • A partial refund or credit against another purchase may be provided at Gilmour's discretion for worn footwear, regardless of fault if presented after six months of date of purchase.

Gilmour's reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

  • Footwear is customised or damaged by the consumer
  • Footwear subjected to conditions other than those for which it was made.
  • No proof of purchase is provided.
